RMTeam International is an independent research and advisory firm working with private sector clients, international organisations, governments, NGOs, businesses and schools. Our work takes us from national ministries and schools to rural communities, businesses and conflict-affected areas.
Independence is a structural commitment for us. We have no implementing role and no interest in any particular finding. Our conclusions reflect what the evidence shows. That independence is why clients commission us when findings need to be credible, impartial and defensible, and why many of them have worked with us for years.
Over more than a decade, we have built trusted relationships with communities, authorities and partners in the countries where we work; a gender-balanced network of more than 1,000 vetted field researchers with deep local knowledge; and the operational systems to deploy that network safely, ethically and at scale.
